making pumpkin ice creamWhile there are many achievements in my life, today was a new adventure in the kitchen. I finely got out the frozen ice cream maker and made pumpkin ice cream. It was only 5 ingredients that included maple syrup, vanilla, coconut milk and canned pumpkin. This seemed easy to make as a first try at non dairy ice cream. Now that I have given the equipment a try, I can’t wait to try raspberry sorbet.
